When your scheduled training time comes, your trainer will contact you at the number provided.  In most cases, phone conversations will be all that is needed to help you reach your goals.

If, however, your trainer needs to see you in motion or needs any other visual cues, you will have access to video conference with your trainer – straight from the comfort of your home.

If you purchased a VIP option or more than a single session, you’ll receive a simple reminder email to book your next session.
